PAM HAMAN
Pam joined Methodist Retirement Communities Stevenson Oaks in 2025. Pam is a driven and resourceful Senior Living Executive with over 20 years of experience supporting a variety of teams as an Executive Director, Administrator, and Associate Exective Director. With expertise in both large and small scale (CCRCs) Continuing Care Retirement Communities and Skilled Nursing Communities, her wisdom will be an invaluable asset to the Stevenson Oaks Team and Residents. Pam's creativity and effective teamwork and collaboration efforts are her strengths.

PEGGY WHACK
With more than 16 years in nursing, including 15 years in nursing leadership, Peggy has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, resident-centered care while building strong, supportive healthcare teams. Her experience spans Assisted Living, Memory Care, Acute Care Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Skilled Nursing Facilities, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the unique needs of residents across the continuum of care.
Geriatric and dementia care are at the heart of Lisa's passion and she believes every resident deserves dignity, respect, and individualized care that enhances both quality of life and emotional well-being. She also believes families should have the opportunity to remain families — not become full-time caregivers — by trusting that their loved ones are receiving compassionate, attentive, and exceptional care. Lisa's residents are always her first priority, closely followed by the teams she leads and supports each day. She has a deeper understanding of what familes are going through as she has personal experience caring for a loved one. This understanding helps Lisa serve the families an much as our Elders.
Lisa is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassion. Her door is always open to residents, families, and team members because she strongly believes that when we work together, there is very little we cannot overcome to provide exceptional resident care. Through servant leadership, mentorship, and dedication, Lisa strives to create environments where both residents and caregivers can thrive.

WILLIAM 'BILL' ROSS
William is an experienced facility and maintenance professional with a proven track record in senior living communities and property operations management. With extensive experience overseeing facility maintenance, lifesafety compliance, preventive maintenance programs, vendor management, and capital improvement projects, William has built a reputation for reliability, leadership, and problem-solving. He has served in leadership roles, including Area Facility Manager for senior living communities, where he was responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments for residents and staff. William holds EPA certification for air conditioning systems and brings a hands-on approach combined with strong organizational skills to every project. He is dedicated to operational excellence, team development, and providing exceptional service to the communities he serves.

Andi Perry
Andi Perry serves as Human Resources Manager at Stevenson Oaks, bringing eight years of HR experience and a passion for supporting employees and building strong workplace culture. Raised in an Air Force family, Andi grew up experiencing diverse cultures around the world before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Music and discovering her calling in Human Resources.
Outside of work, Andi enjoys singing, pickleball, cooking, travel, and attending live musicals with her husband, Josh. She is passionate about fostering a culture of connection, collaboration, and care for both employees and residents at Stevenson Oaks.

Harmon Nelson
Harmon Nelson serves as Marketing Director at Stevenson Oaks, bringing decades of leadership, community involvement, and a passion for serving older adults to the MRC family. A longtime Fort Worth resident, Harmon previously developed senior safety and education programs used nationwide and trained professionals across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.
A lifelong learner, Harmon graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry before joining Stevenson Oaks in 2025 after a brief retirement. Beyond his professional work, he has been deeply involved in the Fort Worth community through music ministry, civic leadership, humanitarian service, and the arts.
Outside of work, Harmon enjoys triathlons, cooking, and bringing people together around good food and fellowship.

SHELLEY GUINN
Shelley has 25 years of experience as a wholesale manufacturer’s representative in the apparel and shoe industry. She followed one of her passions and entered the world of cheerleading apparel/uniform sales. As a territory sales manager, she also coordinated cheerleading and dance competitions. After several years in the cheer industry, Shelley transitioned to the Family Services Department of Service Corporation International – Laurel Land Fort Worth. She entered this industry remembering how difficult it was to plan her own mother’s funeral, and saw it as an opportunity to help families during one of the worst times of their lives. At Laurel Land, Shelley helped facilitate the LIFT program, a monthly social event for widows and widowers who have lost their partners. Realizing how much joy she felt helping seniors, she left Laurel Land and joined Stevenson Oaks as a senior living counselor.
Shelley has lived in Fort Worth for over 25 years and attended the University of North Texas. When she’s not busy working, Shelley loves traveling, dancing, spending time with her family and friends, and spoiling her beautiful black Labrador Retriever, Livi.

Diane Roberts
Diane has spent many years working to help families make the decision and transition into senior living communities. She started her career after caring for her Mom at home for seven months and then realizing she needed more help. After researching, her mom moved into assisted living and then memory care. Diane felt called by God to take a sales position in a community and knew that is where she was supposed to be. Her daily goal is to help families and seniors navigate the process to get them to the next place whether that is the need for care or just life engagement. Diane considers herself a relocation specialist because she has helped many families make the move from out of town or state.
Diane grew up in Azle, Texas, and is a HUGE TCU Fan! She met her husband at a church camp in 1977 and the couple became best friends early on. She is a two-time breast cancer survivor and she states that “God let me stay to minister to others and share his grace with others.” When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two Rhodesian Ridgebacks and loves browsing estate sales!

SARA ANGER
Sara brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare and wellness, dedicated to enhancing quality of life through meaningful engagement and connection. She has always believed in the philosophy, "do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life," and she is fortunate to live that out each day by working with people and animals creating movement that brings smiles to their faces.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family on their small ranch, caring for her five dogs, two horses, chickens and barn cats. She also loves to garden and grow vegetables alongside her husband and daughter.

Jacob Lalanne
Jacob joined the MRC Stevenson Oaks team in 2023. He was born and raised in Texas, then moved to Denver, CO where he obtained a Culinary Arts degree and a Human Nutrition & Sciences degree. After completing a dietetic internship in Southern Louisiana, Jacob moved back to Texas to be closer to family. He has over 15 years of experience working in kitchens, and over 9 years in leadership roles. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time working on home projects, refurbishing furniture, trying out new restaurants with his fiancé, attending concerts and playing with his dogs.

KALEB NEWMAN
Kaleb joined Methodist Retirement Communities in early 2026.He has 28 years of Food & Beverage experience and is a Certified ExecutiveChef. A native of Louisiana, he has been in Texas for 10 years now. Passion forfood and serving others are instilled in him to make others happy, satisfiedand leaving them with a smile on their face. In his off time, he likes to spendtime with his wife Gina, family and friends, and in the backyard cooking up astorm on his custom smoker. He always follows the saying “Do what you love, andyou will never work a day in your life”

Karen Hillis
Karen serves as the Executive Assistant at Stevenson Oaks. This role fits her perfectly because she gets to take care of detailed tasks related to process, procedure, and database management, as well as assisting and interacting with residents in the community. She’ll tell you it truly is the best of both worlds getting to use the analytical and compassionate parts of her brain on a daily basis!
As well as her day to day responsibilities, Karen is also the “torch bearer” that helps bring the values of the Eden Alternative to her fellow coworkers. By sharing its principles, she hopes to help support an improved quality of life for the residents of Stevenson Oaks.
Karen is married to her best friend, Tom and together they have raised an amazing son, Wesley who is a recent graduate of Texas A&M; a crazy cat named Floyd; and a sweet black lab, Sullivan. Things that bring her joy are live music events, patio time spent with friends in the sun and an Aggie win. Gig ‘em!
